Refund & Returns Guidelines

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below are the terms that govern order cancellations, product returns, and store refunds:

1. Discrepancy or Mismatched Deliveries: In the event that the item received does not correspond to the confirmed options/specifications of your order, a complete refund will be granted.
2. Fulfilled Order Accuracy: Items delivered in full agreement with the specifications provided at checkout are non-eligible for cash refunds or order reversals.
3. Cancellation Processing Charge: Order cancellation requests submitted following successful checkout will incur a flat $21 handling and administrative fee.
4. 15-Day Unopened Item Return: Sealed and unopened products may be returned for a refund within 15 calendar days of arrival. Customers are responsible for managing and covering all return freight costs.
